• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

• Our team may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

• Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finishing are natural and are not considered defects.

• Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product issues or delivery mistakes.

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process as quickly as possible.
